Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
LORANIUM TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C ("LORANIUM", "we", "our", or "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits our website or engages our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details submitted through our contact form. We may also collect limited technical information automatically, including browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, to help us understand how our website is used.
2. How We Use Information
Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and evaluate potential engagements. Technical usage information is used to maintain, secure, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not share personal information with third parties except where required to deliver requested services, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of LORANIUM and its clients.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and to see which pages and actions — such as sending the contact form or opening WhatsApp — are used. Google Analytics sets cookies for this and receives information about the visit, such as the pages viewed, the device and browser, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. It does not receive anything typed into our forms, and we do not use it for advertising. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not measured unless they accept, and any visitor can accept or refuse at any time from "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. The admin and customer portal areas are not measured.
5. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information submitted through our contact form only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or fulfil a legitimate business purpose, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact page.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please reach out via our Contact page.
